The DL7S Profile is the first DL range fixture to receive a powerful new 800W version of the LED engine with seven colours for unprecedented smooth, stable and even colour mixing and a very high CRI.

From the deepest to the lightest colours the DL7S provides a rich full colour spectrum experience, and features custom colour mixing and dimming and seamless operation especially at the minimum brightness levels. Four fast framing shutters within the optical path are individually controllable for position and angle and the entire framing module can be rotated. Crisp and soft frames can be used on projections, and a new series of effects is possible using a selection of preprogrammed shutter blade shape and movement sequences. One rotating gobo wheel with six slot&lock gobo positions plus a static gobo wheel with 8 static gobos can be combined with the Animation wheel. Other effects and features include variable frost, rotating prism and super-fast iris. As with all the DL luminaire range, the multiple LED lightsource is completely homogenised.

DataSwatch™ - inbuilt virtual colour library

The DataSwatch™ inbuilt virtual colour library for Robe LED fixtures consists of up to 237 pre-programmed and calibrated colours and tones, allowing for rapid and accurate programming.

EMS™ - Electronic Motion Stabiliser

The Robe Electronic Motion Stabiliser is a technology for exact Pan and Tilt movements and reduces vibrations from audio outputs, truss movement and sprung or suspended floors.

L3™ - Low Light Linearity System

The L3™ Low Light Linearity System produces imperceptible, ultra-smooth fades to black.

GDTF – General Device Type Format

The General Device Type Format creates a unified definition for exchange of data for the operation of intelligent luminaries, such as moving lights. The file format is human readable and developed using open source formats.

Tungsten Emulation

When selected, the luminaire will mimic the colour temperature of a tungsten lamp as you lower the output to produce that classic warm glow.

QVGA Robe Touch Screen Display System

The QVGA Robe touch screen display gives full access to all fixture setup and diagnostic functions and is very intuitive to navigate.

Slot & Lock Gobos

Robe's patented "slot & lock" system allows for easy and fast replacement of both rotatable and indexable gobos.

Plano4™ Framing shutters

Robe's patented Plano4™ 4-blade framing shutter module offers unparalleled beam control with individual movement and rotation control for each blade. The Plano4™ FC module features full curtain movement, allowing each blade to move entirely across the light path for full-wipe capability.

+ - Green Correction

Robe has included a dedicated +/- green control channel in fixtures that feature our MSL™ specific white TE™ source fixtures. This allows you to make the smallest changes of green content compared to the fixed levels produced by the specific filters on white source fixtures.

MagFrost™

There is no need to be stuck with frosts supplied with the fixture! Robe’s MagFrost™ magnetic paddle system provides you with quickly exchangeable frosts, enabling you to select those most suitable for your production.

Robe continues to make an impression on the theatre scene in Israel with the specification and installation of DL7S Profiles and LEDWash 1200 moving lights – 54 in total – in the Bet Lessin Theatre, Tel Aviv, the city and Israel’s third-largest theatre venue, just reopened after complete refurbishment, a project ongoing over the last three years.
